REFUND & DELIVERY POLICY

Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions that you agree to be bound by if you continue to use THAI OASIS Apps. The Refund and Delivery Policy and the Terms and Conditions apply to your use of THAI OASIS Apps and to any purchases or booking through THAI OASIS Apps.

 

REFUND & DELIVERY

Services, goods, e-vouchers, gift cards, member credits, member packages sold are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable to cash. All service and goods purchased only can be redeemed in our outlets or branches, strictly no delivery or shipping will be provided. No shipping or delivery charges will be implied in the moment until further official notice.

 

REDEEMABLE POLICY

Digital Products (Gift Cards & Vouchers)

All digital gift cards and vouchers purchased are only redeemable at our outlets or branches. They strictly cannot be exchanged for cash or used for online purchases. Upon purchase, digital gift cards or e-vouchers will be sent via email or WhatsApp, in 1-3 working days. If not received, please contact our outlet frontdesk or support team.

Service Redemption.

Services and packages purchased online or via our mobile app are redeemable exclusively at our physical locations. No services or products are deliverable to clients' addresses.

 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION


All bookings made via the app are contingent upon availability. Customer may cancel their booking without penalty up to 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. A RM50 booking fee will be collected for all mobile app bookings. This fee will be credited directly to the customer's app account once the appointment is confirmed. Thai Oasis reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. Thai Oasis reserves the right to amend and modify all terms and conditions or policies without prior notice.
