4. This promotion is applicable to massage treatments at normal menu prices only.

5. Staff must present a valid Perak Community Specialist Hospital staff card before payment to redeem this promotion.

6. One staff card may only be used for one receipt, regardless of the number of massage services included in the same receipt.

7. This promotion is not applicable to retail products, gift voucher purchases, packages, or promotional items.
